1 ) How do I select a genuine exporter?
A. How to understand the exporter's company:
When did the company start, and what is its background? Do they have a clear vision? Is there an official website? Review the website content, focusing on the information rather than the design. Check for any complaints on Google, and if found, verify the details with the exporter to understand the facts and context.
B. Exporter's Market Presence:
Investigate the company's digital presence. A strong online presence indicates significant investment and a commitment to expanding their business, similar to participating in a major trade show.
C. Product Knowledge, Quality, and Sourcing:
We need to ascertain the company's or individual's expertise in the product and subject matter. We must ask detailed questions about quality standards, specifications, import documentation requirements in various countries, etc. Buyers should also understand the crop's origin in the exporting country and whether the exporter sources it directly from farmers or through intermediaries.
D. Pricing of the product:
Quality should be the primary focus for importers, who should understand product parameters and varieties thoroughly. Clearly define quality expectations and inquire about the exporter's offered quality standards. Low-price quotations often correlate with lower quality and should be approached with caution.
E. Video Call/Physical Visit Interaction:
While email communication is convenient, video calling allows you to personally interact with the exporter, ensuring clarity and gaining deeper insights into the product and the company through direct conversation and observation of mannerisms.
F. Verification
Once you are satisfied with the quality, pricing, and payment terms, proceed with verifying the company through the local embassy, associations, government bodies, or references from relatives, friends, or fellow businessmen in that country to reach a well-informed decision.
G. Buyer Assistance
During interactions with the exporter, assess their authenticity and willingness to provide comprehensive information and maintain a relationship, regardless of whether an order is placed. Genuine exporters offer honest suggestions and feedback, including insights about competitors, demonstrating confidence in their quality and service.
H. Participation in Trade Shows
Verify if the customer has participated in trade shows. Participation in trade shows indicates a level of authenticity, as it signifies the exporter's commitment to long-term sustainability and investment in their business.
Note: The above points are derived from our survey with buyers. They are not strict guidelines but intended to provide insights that may be helpful in your selection process. Feel free to consider aspects that resonate with your interests.

3) What are the vision and mission of your company?
Vision :
Our vision is to continually enhance the quality of our products and services to meet global standards, emphasizing customer satisfaction and referrals.
Mission :
To distribute premium Indian agro-products (spices, herbs, agro-commodities, fruits, and vegetables) globally.
Core Values :
Quality, Integrity, Accuracy, Commitment, and Collaboration (QIACC)
4) Where is your company located in India?
Our company is headquartered in Surat, India, known as the Second Financial Capital of India. Surat's proximity to major agro-products (spices, herbs, agro-commodities, fruits, and vegetables) and having the largest sea port in India enable us to connect directly with producers for face-to-face discussions, fostering the development of high-quality products. Collaboration within the industry is pivotal for achieving our shared goals and visions.
5) Do you produce all the products featured on your website in Agro Products (Spices, Herbs, Agro Commodities, Fruits, and Vegetables)?
We have direct partnerships with farmers and sourcing agencies across the agricultural sector. Our dedicated team assesses the quality of agro-products nationwide. While we focus on renowned Indian agro-products of export quality, manufacturing all items is impractical. We engage in contract manufacturing where feasible, collaborating with manufacturing units lacking marketing capabilities or manpower. Our goal is to support these units and connect global customers with high-quality products at competitive prices.
6) Are you able to provide additional products in the agro-products (spices, herbs, agro-commodities, fruits, and vegetables) industry beyond those listed on your website?
If you require a product not listed on our site, please share its details with us. We will assess its suitability for import from India, ensuring it meets our standards for export-quality products. Our priority is to ensure importer satisfaction by delivering only high-quality goods. Our motto is to spread smiles globally through quality products.
7) What are your payment terms?
A. All payments are accepted in US dollars unless specified otherwise in the quotation provided to you. The following payment options are available:
Full Advance Payment:
This method is ideal for small orders as it reduces bank charges associated with other payment methods. You can send a telegraphic transfer (TT) or wire transfer to our designated bank account, informing us accordingly.
Part Payment in Advance:
For larger orders, we require a 30% advance payment. The remaining balance is due before dispatch. Please note that bank charges associated with this method are the responsibility of the customer.
Letter of Credit:
For bulk orders, we require a sight letter of credit. This method incurs significant bank charges, which must be borne by the buyer as per the terms of the Letter of Credit.
For small payments, we accept Western Union transfers. Additionally, we utilize PayPal for credit card payments to enhance customer convenience.
8) How can I ensure that I will receive the product after making an advance payment to you?
In today's digital age, you can verify our company's authenticity through various online portals. We are committed to providing any information you require to address your concerns. Transparency is key in our dealings, and we ensure clarity upfront to minimize communication gaps. Building lasting relationships with buyers is crucial for us to achieve our long-term vision, and we value your references to help us realize our goals.
9) Please provide information regarding shipping methods and charges.
We primarily utilize "Sea Freight" and "Air Freight" as our standard shipping methods. Upon request, we can also arrange shipments via courier, post, EMS, etc. You have the option to request prices inclusive of shipping costs, or we can send the goods on a "Freight to Collect" basis. Shipping charges vary based on shipment size, destination, and mode of dispatch. CIF rates will be quoted upon receiving specific details, such as quantity, destination, and preferred mode of dispatch, from you.
10) How can I obtain a quote, price list, or catalog from you?
Please fill out the Request for Quotation Form or email us your requirements.

You can reach us anytime via various chatting and video tools such as Whatsapp, WeChat, IMO, Hike, Viber, Skype, QQ, or directly through the contact number listed on our website.
12) Do you have all the certifications in agriculture, herbs, and other products you provide?
Yes, we can share all the documents as and when required, depending on the country. We would request that you check with regard to the country-specific certifications before enquiring. We will somehow give you the information.
13) To which countries do you export your products?
We export worldwide. Just name the country, and we can handle it. However, please note that the Ministry of Health (MOH) in some countries requires registration before importing the material, which may take some time. We are open to partnerships with all customers and countries.
